- Tuesday April 8th 7:00-9:00pm at Rancho Bernardo High School Dance Room

- Wednesday April 9th 6:00pm-8:00pm at Rancho Bernardo High School Gym

Please plan on arriving 30 minutes before clinics/tryouts begin to give plenty of time to get checked in each day.

1.     A cheerleading candidate must be currently enrolled or enrolling for the school year of that season’s tryouts or have an inter-district/intra-district transfer approved prior to tryouts. District rules of residence eligibility will be in effect for all candidates.

2.     Candidates must be maintaining a 2.5 GPA (based on a 4.0 scale) and must be taking a minimum of two classes. Candidates may not be failing any classes at the time of tryouts.

3.     Candidates must be in good standing with RBHS, regarding academics, behavior, attendance, and otherwise. All CIF rules apply.

4.     Candidates must have all required documents signed by a parent/guardian to participate.

5.     Candidates must be in good health at tryout time and must work to maintain good health to participate.

6.     Candidates must have a physical on file with the RBHS Athletic office and be cleared for full participation.

7.     RBHS Cheerleading must take priority over other extra-curricular activities, including jobs.

Cheerleading Information Session (open to both students and parents):

- Monday, March 24th at 7:00pm at Rancho Bernardo High School in the LPR room, which is right next to the library

Yes! Tryout applications are now open! All applications need to be turned in no later than Monday March 31 @ 11:59 PM (see application below) Once closed, emails will be sent out with a link on where to upload your most recent report card (from March 2025). Report cards must be uploaded by April 7 at 4:00 PM

   - Black shorts

   - Hair in ponytail (bow in hair is preferred)

   - NO JEWELERY

   - Cheer/athletic shoes

   - Bring water to tryouts
